We require that all e-mails promoting Blue Tick Research or its products are sent only to clients who have agreed to receive such messages. We prohibit any advertising of our brand and website using unsolicited e-mail messages. Not complying with this policy will cause partnership termination and/or affiliate account termination.
If you feel you’ve been sent unsolicited emails promoting our brand, website or products and would like to register a complaint, please email our abuse department at support@bluetickresearch.com.
Refund Policy
For all written materials, research reports, CD’s, DVD’s, downloads, courses, and any other products or services purchased from Blue Tick Research by you the customer via this website, telephone, or otherwise, there will be no refunds by Blue Tick Research once delivery of same or access to said content has been delivered unless expressly specified by us.
Trial Periods / Money-Back Guarantee
When purchasing a product that offers a trial period or money-back guarantee, your credit card will automatically be charged the full cost of the service. Each member is only allowed one trial of our services. Once your money-back window or trial period has expired, if you do not wish to continue beyond that period, it is your responsibility to email or call us and let us know that you would like to cancel. You must cancel the day before your trial or money-back window ends to receive a refund for the subscription or product. We honor all cancellation requests. If you choose to continue, payment for the renewal of said services will be made by automatic credit card debit. Once you are an active member, your account will be renewed automatically each month or year, depending on the subscription you signed up for. Unless and until this agreement is canceled by email or phone, you are authorizing Blue Tick Research, LLC to charge your credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of membership. We absolutely and positively honor all timely cancellation requests. There are no contracts or time obligations associated with our services.
